Blanc Smith Residence

I stayed at this hotel for about a week, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of the area, very convenient. There’s a supermarket right next to the hotel, but it’s quite expensive. If you walk about 100 meters down the street, you’ll find a much larger and cheaper supermarket. The service at the hotel is very good. James is a friendly and pleasant staff member who’s always willing to help. The housekeeping is excellent — the room was cleaned daily, and they even changed the sheets when I asked. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but overall the atmosphere is nice. The only downside is the price, which is a bit high compared to other places in the area. There are hotels nearby with the same standard at half the price. Other than that, everything was very good.

Such an amazing three days here! It’s perfectly located near a supermarket and short walk to the main areas of pub street and night market. Air con works fab, water is so hot and powerful so great shower. We were really relaxed here but what stood out the most by far is the welcome you receive not just when you check in like most hotels but everytime you see them we’ve not stayed anywhere like this. The security guard had a huge smile on his face everyday he helps you cross the road safely it was exceptional service we did not expect and this sets this place apart.

All the staff I came across during my stay were polite and helpful. I had to switch rooms during my stay (just to be on a lower floor), and this was accommodated for, with no issues. The cleaning staff who presumably did the move of bags, moved everything, even items that had been forgotten. Nice! So I had the opportunity to experience 2 rooms - both were spacious and clean. If I were ever back in Siem Reap, I would not hesitate to return to this hotel!

I like to location first and staff are very kindly respect and warm wellcoming for guest for me,the hotel is very comfortable and clean guite, near many. Cafee and rstaurants, i recomend every one for stay in this hotel Blanc swith residence, thank you very much for owner and stafff Bros,Leap,Socheo,kong,and other staff security i will Come again tov this Hotel next time

STAFF: The staff were awesome and very friendly. Whether it was booking my day trip to Angkor Wat, or just any general question in relation to my stay at the hotel, they were always happy to help with anything and nothing was too hard of a task for them. ROOM: My room was very comfortable with lots of space. After a scorching hot day exploring Angkor Wat, my room was probably the best one in all of Siem Reap to go back to. Very good aircon that didn't take long to get to the temperature you want, a very good smart TV where you could log in to YT or any streaming services that you use at home. The bathroom/toilet area was also very good. My room had a balcony that allowed for lots of natural light to come in, and it also allowed me a view of the main street out the front that was covered by some trees so it was never too uncomfortable. RESTAURANT: Next to the lobby there is a restaurant that is serving at multiple times throughout the day. I only used it once for breakfast and it wasn't free but it was still very cheap and affordable, and they allowed me to pay as I checked out which worked best for me. I had a very good breakfast, the menu had both local and western options and I was able to fill up very well before a long day exploring Angkor Wat. POOL: My room was only a few steps away from the pool, it was fantastic to have a pool after exploring on a very hot day, and I always liked how you could hear and feel the general ambience of the town from the pool whether you were swimming or just lying down by the side of the pool. LOCATION: The location of this hotel couldn't be any better. It was only a short walk over the bridge from the main part of town, for me probably no more than 2-3 minutes. I was travelling solo and walked by myself late at night without having any issues, if anything I felt very looked after with tuktuk drivers always coming up to me just to make sure I was all good but not at all trying to force a fare on me.
